The cost of generating plan will be starting from Nrs. 20,000. The cost will be increased with size of the land and stories of the building. Imagine,  you have a plot of land with current value of 25 lakhs. With the concepts and plan of our architectural talent teams, project can be generated which will eventually increase the value of land to double or more. 3D Renders and Models

Sometimes, the plan conceptualized by our best architects are required to be presented in more delicate and interesting manner. Also, the projects that are in our mind are to be rendered to our partners or family or investors are important to be presented physically. To make the conceptualized project rendered physically understandable and appealing to stakeholders, 3D rendered pictures and models will support the mind of those stakeholders grasp more easily and more efficiently. The basic cost of 3D renders will start from the minimum cost of Nrs. 30,000. Also, to make the project more understandable, we can generate videos.

Structural Analysis

As we all know, Nepal lies in the highly sensitive seismic region in the world, the location of the project needs out be to be studied deliberately with respect to geological character. Nepal building code also directs to go through comprehensive structural analysis of all components of physical structures as per its guidelines. For the building above 5 storys, the code directs to go through deliberate geological investigations also. Tucomfort charges the structural anaysis of the building starting at minimum cost of  Nrs. 35400.00 only.

Municipal Processing

The erection of new building, changes in existing building, bank processing for housing, electricity registration and many other work requires legality of the building. The legal existence of building can only be processed via municipality of the building. It requires municipal documents, ownership documents, plans and structural elements in compliance with municipal and national building codes which are finally approved by the municipality. Unless municipal approval is achieved, the constructed building cannot be categorized as legal. Tucomfort easies out your headache for municipal processing. The minimum cost of municipal processing starts at Nrs. 30,000 only (not inclusive of government taxes and fines). The cost may rise as per the complexity involved in the processing.

BES / IEE / EIA

In Nepal, conducting Brief Environmental Study (BES), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a legal requirement for construction and development projects, depending on their size and scope. For example, for buildings exceeding 100 sq. m., a BES report is mandatory to ensure environmental compliance.
